Once again AM Madden delivers a beautifully well written book. Hostile Workplace consumed me from the first page to the last. I wasn’t prepared for the emotional roller coaster ride or the twists and turns that would take place. Let's not forget that you will also get some hot scenes.

We are introduced to Sam Stanton who is hot as hell, successful, and is determined to climb the corporate ladder. You will definitely fall in love with him but at times he will frustrate you. He has a fiancé named Ginny which he’s just comfortable with since she’s not the person who his heart belongs to. Everyone around him knows that he hasn’t moved on but somehow he’s in denial until an unexpected reunion makes him question everything.

Lydia on the other hand, walks back into Sam’s life when a job opportunity arises. She finds it as the perfect occasion to seek revenge for her broken heart. This reunion makes her question her feelings and she’s at a loss on how she will handle everything.

There are so many things that happen throughout the book that are so unexpected. You will experience the deceitfulness & manipulation of a certain character that will make you question the extreme people will go through in order to hold onto a person.

Will either of them be able to forget the heartbreak they suffered? You have to read this one in order to find out if they overcome the things that kept them apart. You definitely won’t be disappointed, and I look forward to reading more from AM Madden which will hopefully Liam’s book!

I loved Hostile Workplace. A.M. Madden wove a complex tale that will take you on a roller coaster of emotions.

Sam Stanton, our hero, will break your heart, make you laugh and pick up your pom-poms so that you can cheer him on. His life hasn't turned out as he'd planned, but Sam doesn't let that deter him from his ultimate goal. He's a focused businessman ready to climb the corporate ladder determined not to get stuck on any rungs on the way up - namely women.

Lydia was Sam's first love and like many of us, first loves are not easily forgotten. For years she's been out of his life, but never out of his mind. Several circumstances played a part in their destruction as a couple. Some weren't fair and some were cruel. It makes you ask yourself, "Is all fair in love and war?" Sam and Lydia's relationship proves there is a paper thin line between hate and love.'

It was wonderful revisiting with the Stanton family and of course, Marco Puglia. We're also introduced to Sam's best friend, Liam, who will make you laugh out loud. I've claimed him and have been begging AM Madden to write his book. #LiamIsMine

Now, let me tell you about what happened to Sam and Lydia. OMG! At the end when Sam....on second thought, read it for yourself. You won't be sorry.
Ok I really wish we could give more than 5 stars because 5 stars just doesn't cut it anymore for some books and this one is another one. Actually all of A.M Madden books deserves more than 5 stars because she doesn't disappoint. She can spin a Web of words that will draw you in from the first word until the last word and you still want more. This is the second book in Breaking the Rules Series and it can be read as a standalone but the first one is so good I would read it first anyways. And you get just a taste of Sam in it too. Sam is a great catch,he thinks he has the perfect girl who loves him but he's been playing it safe. He can't get her out of his mind or his heart. He finds out some secrets that has been kept from him. Ok I'm trying to find the right words to describe some of the feelings I had while reading this book. One is hawt,lord have mercy this has some of the hotest parts that A.M has probably written. ...shew...lol!!!! I laughed, I cried, and I wanted to beat the crap out of a certain someone that you will just have to find out on your own and trust me you will know.
The characters where well developed you get a real sense of what they felt and what they are feeling.What they went through what they are still going through and what they are trying to get through. I can't wait for more of this series and I highly recommend this book.
